With a background of high management positions within the steel fabrication industry, Craig has successfully implemented changes to various companies both operationally and financially which have encouraged business growth.

Kevin Nicklin
Director
Kevin alongside Craig started ESM in 2009. His knowledge of the asbestos industry is well respected within this field having over 20 years of experience, having held the position of Asbestos manager with Wolverhampton City Council and Wolverhampton Homes for several years.

Stuart Haynes
Asbestos Manager
Stuart is an original member of the team after working alongside Kevin at Wolverhampton Homes in the position of Contracts Supervisor, after this he took the roll of Asbestos Contracts Manager for PK Hygiene before returning to working alongside Kevin with ESM.
Phil Nicklin
Operations Manager
Phil is Operations Manager for ESM.

Richard Henry
Operations Manager
Richard is the most recent member to join the team as operations manager. This followed a long career in construction with the City of Wolverhampton Council and Wolverhampton Homes. Richard has extensive experience in both asbestos and repairs and maintenance fields.

Keiron Finney
Waste Control Officer
Keiron Finney is an analytical chemist with 36 years of experience in environmental chemistry and regulatory work. He worked for Wolverhampton MBC doing asbestos contract compliance and occupational hygiene work, using asbestos microscopical techniques including Scanning Electron Microscopy and was involved in Offices and Shops Health and Safety regulation. He wrote the asbestos permit conditions for all of the asbestos mono-cell landfills as a member of the Strategic Permitting Group of the Environment Agency and has continued to be active in asbestos related issues, recently having done expert witness work on asbestos in soils. As of January 2022 he has been working as a waste control officer for ESM Group.
Chris Bryant
Asbestos Compliance Manager
Chris has worked in the asbestos sector for nearly 30 years running compliance for a large portfolio of clients ranging from commercial and retail, NHS trusts and also within the domestic sector. Other than removal works Chris has a long consultancy background and is responsible for delivering training on related subjects. Amongst the many asbestos qualifications Chris also holds NEBOSH Health & Safety certificate.
Wayne Nicklin
Asbestos Operations Manager
Wayne has worked in the asbestos sector for 12 years. He started as an asbestos operative and progressed to a supervisor then to operational manager. Wayne deals with various housing associations, private dwellings along with our commercial portfolio preparing method statements and risk assessments and IT support for the staff at ESM.
Sue Parkes
Payroll & Compliance Administration
Sue has worked with ESM for 4 years, previously working for the civil service for 15 years and prior to that position she worked for the NHS FOR 16 years.
Sue collates the company operations, training and ensure that they comply with internal standards and payroll processing.
