ESM being a HSE Licensed contractor are able to carry out the removal of all notifiable asbestos. Notifiable works typically involve the removal or containment of the most dangerous forms of asbestos.
ESM staff are trained to the highest standards and we are constantly working alongside the HSE keeping up to date with any regulation changes.
We are able to carry out any removal with the minimum of disruption with the client’s health and safety at the forefront of the works at all times.
NON-LICENSED
ASBESTOS
REMOVAL
ESM carry out numerous contracts removing non-notifiable asbestos materials such as floor tiles, asbestos cement sheets and textured coatings.
Although these products are non-notifiable they are still required to be disposed of in the correct manner. The appropriate control measures are still required to be put in place and only trained operatives should carry out any removal.
HAZARDOUS
WASTE
ESM carry out the removal of hazardous waste products, removing and disposing of the material using the correct procedures and issuing the correct waste consignment paperwork required.
ENVIRONMENTAL
CLEANING
ESM provide a comprehensive service of specialist environmental cleaning. Using highly trained staff and comprehensive procedures ESM can contain and environmentally clean within all types of situation, returning the area to the client with reassurance and clearance documentation.
All health and safety requirements are met always with all employees and contractors vetted.
SITE
SURVEYS
ESM will visit your premises to take a sample of any suspected material and provide you with a full asbestos report, and expert advice on any future procedures that may be required.
SOFT STRIP /
SITE CLEARANCE
ESM provide a soft strip service prior to any refurbishment, removing any fixture and fittings, stripping back surfaces to their original form. These works are always carried out in a controlled environment whilst achieving minimum disturbance.
